At Physgit, we aim to be transparent about how refunds work for both physical and digital products. By making a purchase on physgit.com or physgit.net, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Digital Products
All sales of digital products—such as Steam game keys or other downloadable items—are final.
Refunds are not issued for:
Invalid or incorrect purchases
Inability to run the product due to device, platform, or region incompatibility
Lost, stolen, or shared keys
Buyer’s remorse
Important: Customers are fully responsible for confirming that their device, operating system, region, and platform support the digital product before purchase.
2. Physical Products
Some physical products (such as apparel, mugs, and accessories) may be fulfilled by third-party partners like Printful.
A refund or replacement for physical items is only offered under the following conditions:
The product arrived damaged due to a manufacturing, printing, or fulfillment error
The product was misprinted, incorrectly packaged, or significantly different from what was ordered
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos showing the damage or defect (can only be submitted via email; forms are excluded).
3. Invalid Refund Requests
We do not issue refunds for:
Digital products (all digital sales are final)
Physical products damaged due to customer handling
Claims made without proper photo evidence
Incorrect size, color, or style chosen by the customer
Minor variations in print color or placement
Situations outside our or the manufacturer’s control
Lost or stolen packages when tracking shows successful delivery
Buyer's Remorse
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Changes To This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website after any updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
