Refund Policy

At Physgit, we aim to be transparent about how refunds work for both physical and digital products. By making a purchase through physgit.com, physgit.net, or divertyourmind.com (where applicable), you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

Effective Date: May 22, 2026

1. Digital Products

All sales of digital products, including Steam game keys and other downloadable items, are final.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Invalid or incorrect purchases

  • Inability to run the product due to device, platform, operating system, or regional incompatibility

  • Lost, stolen, or shared keys

  • Buyer’s remorse

Important: Customers are solely responsible for confirming that their device, operating system, region, and platform support the digital product prior to purchase.

2. Physical Products

Some physical products, such as apparel, mugs, and accessories, may be fulfilled by third-party partners such as Printful.

Refunds or replacements for physical products are only offered under the following circumstances:

  • The product arrived damaged due to a manufacturing, printing, or fulfillment error

  • The product was misprinted, incorrectly packaged, or significantly different from what was ordered

To request a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect (photos must be submitted via email; contact forms are not accepted for photo submissions)

3. Invalid Refund Requests

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Digital products (all digital sales are final)

  • Physical products damaged due to customer handling or misuse

  • Claims submitted without proper photo evidence

  • Incorrect size, color, or style selected by the customer

  • Minor variations in print color, design, or placement

  • Situations outside our or the manufacturer’s control

  • Lost or stolen packages when tracking confirms successful delivery

  • Buyer’s remorse

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Order Changes

Once an order enters the production or fulfillment stage, it cannot be changed or canceled. This applies to both digital and physical products.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When changes are made, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Your continued use of our website after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
